Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances
- Service refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and other major appliances
- Accurately identify defective parts and needed repairs
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete service reports and provide clear repair recommendations
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Professional and dependable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable traveling to customer homes throughout the service area
